- CC – Original barrel is cast iron; cylinder must be bored to accept new sleeve
- CI – Original barrel has a cast-in iron liner in the cylinder; liner must be bored out completely (do not try to push out the cast-in liner)
- Outside diameter precision centerless ground to exact size for ease of installation. Inside diameter must be bored and honed to size piston after installation.
