    DEINE AUFGABEN BEI PARTS EUROPE:

    • Als Content-Manager E-Commerce bist du für die Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer Produkt Content Strategie sowie die Veröffentlichung der Multimedia-) Inhalte auf verschiedenen (Online-) Kanälen verantwortlich.
    • Du kümmerst dich um den Aufbau und die konzeptionelle Weiterentwicklung des einzusetzenden PIM-Systems/CMS-Systems unter Berücksichtigung der technischen Einordnung in die Gesamtarchitektur.
    • Um unsere Produktinformationen für die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden aufzubereiten, arbeitest du eng mit unseren Lieferanten sowie den anderen Abteilungen des Unternehmens (Einkauf, Verkauf, Marketing und Technik) zusammen.
    • Du koordinierst das Content-Team, legst Zeitpläne fest und implementierst und verwaltest Arbeitsabläufe und Systeme zur Handhabung von Produktdaten und digitalen Assets für die Online-Distribution. Um die Genauigkeit zu gewährleisten, erstellst und verwaltest du Richtlinien für Produktinformationen und Produktbeziehungen.
    • Du stellst den fachlichen und technischen Betrieb des Content-Management und PIM-Systems sicher und koordinierst die Verfügbarkeit aller verkaufsrelevanten Daten und Informationen mit Hilfe des E-Commerce-Teams

    DAS BRINGST DU MIT:

    • Dein kaufmännisches Studium, bzw. deine Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt im Bereich E-Commerce oder E-Business hast du erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Außerdem verfügst du über einige Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position. Gerne kannst du dich aber auch als qualifizierter Seiteneinsteiger bewerben.
    • Du hast Erfahrung im Bereich Katalogmanagement/PIM-Management, kannst Kenntnisse im Content-Management & Digital-Asset-Management vorweisen und besitzt ein gutes Verständnis von Produkt-Merchandising-Konzepten.
    • Zudem bringst du ein gutes Verständnis für die Interaktion von Business-Prozessen und IT mit und hast fundierte Kenntnisse im Applikationsbetrieb.
    • Du bist kreativ und verfügst sowohl über technisches Verständnis als auch ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.

    • As a Full Stack Web Developer at our headquarter in Germany the programming of frontend and backend web applications mainly in PHP and JS is one of your main tasks.
    • You handle all stages of web development from conception to deployment in collaboration with the team and with the involved project managers.
    • Furthermore you are responsible for the analysis of complex systems and their dependencies as well as the analysis and the approval of technical project requirements.

    • Als Sachbearbeiter/in Bestandskontrolle und Inventurabwicklung bist du für die Planung und Durchführung der Inventuren verantwortlich.
    • Du kümmerst dich um die Artikelstammdatenpflege, führst die Warenbestandsplanung und -analyse durch und verbuchst Bestandsveränderungen in unserem WAMAS System.
    • Daneben bist Du zuständig für die Kontrolle von Differenzen sowie die Fehleranalyse und arbeitest dabei eng mit den Abteilungen Einkauf und Verkauf zusammen.

    • Als Mitarbeiter* im Retourenbereich bearbeitest du Retoureneingänge und wickelst Retourenaufträge ab.
    • Du beurteilst retournierte Waren und bereitest diese ggf. für die Wiedereinlagerung auf.

    DEINE AUFGABEN BEI PARTS EUROPE:

    • Als Mitarbeiter* im Bereich Gefahrgüter bist du für die Bearbeitung von Wareneingängen, die Abwicklung von Kommissionieraufträgen und die Versandbearbeitung in unserem Gefahrgutlager verantwortlich.
    • Du führst die Buchungen im Warenwirtschaftssystem durch, kümmerst dich um Bestandskontrolle und Lagerzonenpflege.

    YOU BRING ALONG:

    • Als Anlagentechniker/in bist du zusammen mit den Kollegen unseres Maintenance Teams für die Sicherstellung des Anlagenbetriebs in unserem modernen voll- bzw. halbautomatischen Distributionszentrum verantwortlich.
    • Du bist für die Störungsbeseitigung zuständig und kümmerst dich um die mechanische und elektrotechnische Instandhaltung unserer Förderanlagen von der Reinigung über die Wartung, die Einrichtung, bis zum Austausch von Verschleiß- und Ersatzteilen.

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AT PARTS EUROPE:

    • Working at our headquarter in Germany you are a competent partner for our customers, motorcycle dealers from BeNeLux. You will supply them with technical advice, take care of any questions that may arise during the sales process as well as support them with your knowledge of the motorcycle market in BeNeLux.
    • First of all you‘ll assist our existing customers, but also contact new dealers to interest them for a cooperation with Parts Europe.
    • Your duties also include the acceptance of orders by phone and e-mail and the processing of orders in our ERP-System


    YOU BRING ALONG:

    • You have an excellent knowledge of motorcycle technic, parts and accessories, preferably due to a training as car or motorcycle mechanic.
    • Alternatively you may have this knowledge with ATVs/UTVs and/or snow mobiles.

    • As Warehouse Manager you are responsible for the organization and control of all the operational processes in our modern European distribution center.
    • Your tasks include the best possible personnel deployment and the employment of new employees. Together with the six warehouse team leads you are responsible for the lead, promotion and development of the approximately 100 warehouse employees.
    • The compliance of all legal requirements, of process and quality standards as well as performance, service and costs belong also to your tasks.
    • Another important point will be the continuous optimization of all the logistics processes as well as the development of a transparent KPI structure.


    YOU BRING ALONG:

    • You completed your studies in the field of logistics or bring along a comparable formation. Furthermore, you have several years of experience in a similar position and profound knowledge in the field of warehouse management using fully and partly automated systems.
