On Sunday Argiñano Racing Team achieved his second victory in Moto2 World Championship, the second win in four races with his German rider, Jonas Folger. Jonas made a great start and was leading the race with Rabat while the Moto2 leader Zarco lost ground. During the 10th lap Folger overtook Rabat and decided to race alone.
Folger, who was the first leader of the year, is now 2nd overall, 16 points behind Johann Zarco. Unfortunately his team mate Áxel Pons lost his balance while trying to control his Kalex with his injured hand and was forced to retire.
"What a wonderful victory! Folger made an incredible race, he is very talented, but the 1st place is not a coincidence. In addition to the great value of the rider, the result is due to work and professionality of the whole team. I'm very proud to be part of the team and to have contributed with our exhaust to the perfect set-up of the bike."
