Brent Vandoninck crowned Belgian Champion MX2

At the final round of the Belgian Championship at Mont Saint Guibert, Brent Vandoninck was crowned Belgian Champion in the MX2 class. He won all four rounds in the championship and had 26 points advance on his teammate Damon Graulus in the end. Damon too is on a roll and showed great speed on Sunday winning the very last moto. After starting in 5th, he passed multiple MXGP riders on his smaller bike to the first MX2 winner ever since both classes ride together.

"Although it might not mean that much to some people, I’m really happy to get the national title. I’ve dropped out in the last years due to injuries and it’s the first time I’m able to win the championship. As a Belgian GP-rider, I think it’s important to ride the national championship and I’m proud on the title"
